Here we go...

There is so much to say but I am just going to start from here, no looking back. There may be some flashbacks here and there if relevant. After dropping off Josh (the boyfriend) at work I went to sign up at Golds Gym. I walked in with no expectations because of the random yelp.com comments I skimmed. I was immediately sat down with an employee who signed me up for my 7 day pass with no hesitation. Then the prices were not even that bad, no enrollment and $30 a month...nice. So after a quick tour, I was out in 15 minutes-painless. Moral of the story, you never know until you try. I plan to go to the gym after I get my nails done this afternoon, fingers crossed. Right now I am drinking some coffee and watching twilight eclipse.

I am writing this blog to track my progress and maybe inspire someone to try. I am currently 200 lbs, and 5'9'' and 28 years old. My goal is to be 140 lbs by the end of September 2012; that is an average of 10 lbs a month... definitely doable. Why September??? I am going to HAWAII!!!! This will not be my first time in Hawaii, but this time I want to be swimsuit ready. Two years ago I went to Kauai with Josh. Although I had fun, I always felt awkward because of my weight. I want to look and feel amazing so I don't miss out on a thing.

Not too sure what type of food I will be eating, I just want to focus on working out for these next 7 days while I have the free gym pass. I hope to develop a habit of going and keep it up, oh please oh please! And maybe this blog will keep me honest. Its all here as evidence...
